Dual-linear-motor full direct drive

Removes ball screws and couplings for faster response and less accuracy loss.

Linear-motor thrust acts directly on the moving component. Dual motors on each axis reduce backlash, elastic deformation, friction, wear and thermal growth that affect dynamic accuracy and service life.

Full closed-loop linear scales

Direct table-position feedback keeps control closer to the actual cutting position.

Linear scales on all three axes feed actual table position back to the control. Together with direct drive, they support repeatability, contour accuracy and stability on complex paths.

SIEMENS high-speed precision control

828D SL control and mold functions balance path speed with surface finish.

SINUMERIK 828D SL 280 combines Advanced Surface, Top Surface, dynamic block compression and look-ahead control to smooth toolpaths, reduce vibration and maintain surface continuity at high feed rates.

High-speed spindle and thermal management

Spindle configurations match the material and task, with cooling around critical heat sources.

HSK-A63 or HSK-E40 high-speed spindles can be configured for copper, aluminum, steel and titanium. Spindle and linear-motor cooling with temperature protection helps maintain the proper operating condition.
